AIC World College of Hiroshima Elementary School is a candidate school* for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme and pursuing authorization as an IB World School.

Auckland International College: IB World School (Diploma Programme)

Established in 2003, Auckland International College (AIC) is a NZ independent day and boarding school of approximately 300 students, which offers a 3 year senior secondary school education. The specific focus of the school is to prepare students for entry to top universities worldwide. AIC is the only NZ school where all students study the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.
Year 11 students study the Preparation Year Programme for the IB Diploma, which includes SAT preparation, while Year 12 and 13 students study the IB Diploma itself.
AIC employs high caliber teachers, IB trained, and with experience of international education. Specialist staff include university counsellors with expertise and experience in student admissions to top universities around the world, including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Korea, Japan as well as New Zealand. AIC is also an admissions testing center for US and UK universities.
AIC has a proven track record of academic achievement and was ranked as the No.1 among all the New Zealand high schools by Crimson Education in 2020.

AICJ Junior/Senior High School: IB World School (Diploma Programme)

Established in 2006, AICJ is the first IBDP authorized government regulated school in western Japan. AICJ, a combined junior and senior high school, is located in Hiroshima.
The school's educational goals are "independence" and "contribution." AICJ aims to nurture students to become responsible and active leaders in the global society.
The official languages at AICJ are both Japanese and English with an advanced immersion class in junior high school. Students can then opt to pursue the IB Diploma or Japanese high school program or transfer to Auckland International College for the IB Diploma once they finish their junior high school program .
AICJ has a proven track record of academic achievement where its students receive many offers from the top universities in Japan as well as from the world’s leading universities.
